The audience was welcomed yesterday afternoon in our library for a recital by coloratura soprano Zhang Yu Carolyn.
Carolyn is the head of the music department at the Budapest Hungarian-Chinese Cultural Center. She is dedicated to cultural exchange programs, teaching Hungarian folk songs and dances to Chinese audiences, thereby strengthening the relationship between the two countries. She is also a lecturer at the University of Szeged’s Béla Bartók Faculty of Arts, Department of Vocal Studies, and the coordinator for Chinese students.

Zhang Yu Carolyn koloratúrszoprán estje várta a közönséget tegnap délután könyvtárunkban.
Carolyn Budapesti Magyar-Kínai Kulturális Központ zenei részlegének vezetője. Elkötelezett a kulturális csereprogramok iránt, és magyar népdalokat és táncokat tanít kínai közönségnek, erősítve ezzel a két ország közötti kapcsolatokat, a Szegedi Tudományegyetem Bartók Béla Művészeti Kar Magánének Tanszék oktatója, a kínai hallgatók koordinátora.
